I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The attention to detail in the hotel's decor and atmosphere was impressive, creating a cozy and inviting environment. The location of the hotel in the center of town was perfect, as it allowed me to easily explore the main shopping areas and enjoy the local attractions. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from, including fresh bread, cheese, jam.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Frederikshavn and had a wonderful experience. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to all the main shopping areas. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. And let me not forget to mention the attention to detail throughout the hotel. From the room decorations to the eco-toiletries in the bathroom, everything was impeccably thought out. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered a great spread of options to start the day off right.

The location was perfect, as it was situated in the centre of town, very close to the bustling shopping areas and just a short drive away from transportation hubs. Great location near the ferry terminal and town center, just perfect for our Easter break. The staff deserve a mention, they were very good and kept everything running smoothly during our stay. The breakfast was quite good with a range of options for everyone. , the room facilities were very clean and tidy.

The hotel seemed to have some issues with its plumbing system as we often experienced a foul smell coming from the bathroom. The small room was also quite noisy as we could hear everything happening in the corridor.

It offers a range of rooms, including spacious suites decorated with unique styles. the staff is always on the service for any kind of assistance, making guests feel at home.

Some guests claim that smoking is allowed in rooms and hallways, potentially causing discomfort to non-smoking guests.

the room we were given was incredibly comfortable and clean, with lovely garden views from the window. the breakfast offered was a delightful spread of healthy and tasty choices that we thoroughly enjoyed. the hotel was situated within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore and engage with the local community.

The parking lot was not accommodating to large vehicles, and there were not enough parking spots for each guest. the hotel staff was incredibly helpful, and they even offered alternative parking options close to the hotel.
